Lori and team do a great job marketing the property for rental on MLS, social media and print ads. Lori is well known in the area as a top agent. Her team manages the property while we’re up north.

Lori was fabulous! We listed our condo at the beginning if covid-19. We had 6 offers the 1st day; Lori was great sorting through them and getting us the best. Due to economy, buyers backed out, but 2 days later we were sold again. The buyers and agent went rogue, due to Lori tenacity we got earnest money( she gave us all) and resold the next day. Lori goes to he extra mile for her clients. Her photographer takes amazing pictures and her description if our home was amazing! We handed her cards to prospective sellers. Lori is very good at match making buyers and sellers for a smooth and happy property transfer. She is knowledgeable about the sw fl area and the landings in particular, bring a resident herself.

In addition, we had no issues at closing and/or with paperwork while we were out of state for the purchase transaction. This is a sincere review. I came across Lori's name as the realtor for a
nearby property that I had followed until it sold. I saw online that she has been in the top handful of realtors for sales in SW Florida for several years. I asked her to show me a property, and found her to be relaxed, kind, down-to-earth, and also my impression was that she knew her stuff. So I listed my condo with her.
