My husband and I had been thinking about buying a condo in the Ft Myers area as an investment until we retire. We had visited The Landings this past January and loved all it had to offer. Lori helped us make our dream a realty and we purchased a condo with help. She is a resident there so her first hand knowledge was very helpful and we feel we definitely made the right decision. Excellent knowledge of the Landings area where we bought and was helpful with providing contact information for removal of items not wanted and forms needing processed.

Lori was very flexible and made herself available considering we had a short window to look for a condo. In addition, we had no issues at closing and/or with paperwork while we were out of state for the purchase transaction. She was present for the inspection of the home and made sure at closing everything was accounted for in our absence.

This was the third time I have used Lori. I have always been impressed with her hard work, persistence and follow through. She is always available to answer questions or offer suggestions. I highly recommend her.
